Basic hatha yoga course

Would you like to practice yoga? Don’t know how to start? Come and join the basic hatha yoga course, which is made up to gradually introduce beginners into the world of yoga. The basic course includes the 5 principles of yoga:


• Proper excercise (basic postures or asanas)
• Proper Breathing (breathing excercises or pranayama)
• Proper Relaxation
• Proper Diet
• Positive Thinking and Meditation.


The short lectures on these 5 principles help you to look at yoga as a complete system, and give you an insight on the essential issues of yoga philosophy, diet, positive thinking and meditation etc.
The basic hatha yoga course includes 8 classes, 2 hours per class once a week, same day, same hour (the complete course takes 2 months). You will find information about the starting date of the next course here on our website.


Donation: 17.000 HUF
Reduced donation for pensioners, students and ladies on maternity leave: 15.000 HUF
